On March 4, 2021, Dr. Mabel Ho, Lexie Milmine and Jo Minx discussed the results from a research project at Dalhousie University, looking at the gaps needed to address career readiness. The discussion focused on the skills needed to promote and ease career transition as well as learning about the newly launched DalGradPD, a central hub for professional development designed for graduate students and post-doctoral fellows.
