Career counselling reduces school dropouts in Cambodia and improves the performance of students in school. Finn Church Aid (FCA) started supporting career counselling in Cambodia in 2015 by training the country's first career counsellors. The project is a success, and the subject is now part of the national curriculum. FCA continues training more career counsellor trainers in collaboration with the Ministry of Education in Cambodia.
