The state of Michigan is dealing with shortage of skilled-trade workers and this could be a problem for years to come. Kevin Green, apprenticeship manager of Focus: HOPE, joined CBS News Detroit on Tuesday (Aug. 29) to discuss the shortage and how the nonprofit is working to support the community in careers.
