Your job training, employment history, work skills, and education can be used as valuable and vital tools for credit exchange.
Our students’ success is exclusive because each student has different life experiences, career paths, and their own special stories. Due to the increased changes of life, Substance Institute is offering college credits in exchange for your life and work experience.
There is a new wave happening for people around the world; therefore, we are offering Professional Earned Life Recognition Diplomas (PELRD) in Associates, Bachelors & Masters Degrees.
These life-experience degrees allow you, the student, to achieve either an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters Degree because of your job training, employment history, work skills, and education.
We firmly believe that the student’s hard, genuine, and strong work experience(s) in their areas of study in addition to certificates, licenses, or on-the-job training can give provide credit exchange options.
The assessment will be based on the following: 1). Competence (know-how, skillfulness, knowledge, productiveness, efficacy, effectiveness, accomplishment) 2). Education (on-the-training) 3). Work Achievements (certificates) 4). Life-Experiences (how long you have done your job, business, etc.)
