Mike Pulido, Founder of Aligned Executive Solutions, Inc., is a graduate of Purdue University and Northwestern University. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 1998 and a Master of Business Administration degree in 2009. He has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and executive leadership roles, including domestic and international responsibilities. Mike is excited to provide this unique viewpoint from the perspective of a General Manager, Senior Vice President and Executive leader. In 2022, Mike partnered with Wiley and is now an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner. He is also now a certified Everything DiSC Facilitator. He encourages people that are looking to accelerate their careers to seek as many perspectives as possible and is thrilled to share his perspective as the Founder of Aligned Executive Solutions.
