Under the TVET Career Platform Project in Sri Lanka, a Career Guidance Professional Leader Training in Korea was conducted for 10 Career Guidance Officers representing DTET, VTA, NAITA, and UoVT. This intensive three-week training programme aimed to enhance the participants’ skills in career guidance, counselling, and leadership. Through interactive workshops, study visits, and cultural experiences, the officers explored Korea’s advanced vocational education and career development systems, gaining valuable insights to strengthen Sri Lanka’s TVET sector. The TVET Career Platform Project is funded by KOICA and implemented by UBION (a leading Korean EdTech company) in collaboration with the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) and the Ministry of Education of Sri Lanka.
