#2 Will you get them if you just apply to them? A big fat NO. You will have to network with employees and get them to refer you for the job so the recruiter can even view your resume. 🤝
#3 How will you get a salary ranging from 50k to 1 lakh in these roles? In most companies, you won't. You will have to really showcase your skills and show what you bring to the table to get the salary you want. You'll have to convince them and, more importantly, ASK for your desired salary. Don't settle for less if you don't want to. If one company doesn't agree, another will. (Been there and done that.) 💪
#4 Do you need any courses to get into these roles? NO. NO. AND NO. I cannot emphasize this enough. Don't do a course till you are absolutely sure that domain is what you want to work in for the rest of your life. None of the 116 people I have placed have done a single course in their lives apart from just their degrees. YOU WILL GET TRAINED ON THE JOB. I GUARANTEE YOU THAT. 🎓
#5 Why would they choose a doctor over an experienced professional? Because you come with the medical knowledge. You can be taught the skills of these jobs, but people with experience in the same roles can't be taught what you learned in 5 years of your medical degree. 🏥
#6 Will you get work from home? In some cases yes, in some cases no. 🏠 WFH jobs are rare post-COVID, so it will take you longer to find a WFH job if you're looking for one.
