Many International medical graduates study medical course in a foreign country and then come back to their own country for medical license exam , internship and finally receive a registration to practice medicine in their own country. Germany has been sofar accepting candidates who have followed this path and had one medical license, but since few months now, they insist on the medical license from the country of medical training.
