Dr. Ashwini Ghate is a homeopathic doctor. She graduated from Pune University in the year 2000 with a BHMS degree. Later after moving to the USA, she switched her career to the medical coding field. She chose this field because it allowed her to stay in touch with the clinical field as well as have a secure office job. She has worked in the US healthcare company for 3 years while she was in the states. In 2015 she moved back to India and in 2016 started her first batch in medical coding training. She has trained and helped more than 150 candidates since that time. Besides that, she has worked on various medical coding processes like ED, HCC. She has worked in various capacities ranging from medical coding, quality analysis for coding software, to a corporate trainer. Currently, she works as a freelance consultant for various US Healthcare companies and also continues training people in medical coding.
