The International Coaching Federation (ICF) recently changed how coach education is structured. In this video, MCC Janet M Harvey explains that Level Two Training is designed for students who want to make coaching their professional career. https://www.invitechange.com/advance-as-coach

If you would like to talk to Laurie about coach education and what could be right for you, you can set up a time to talk on our website: https://www.invitechange.com/advance-as-coach

To make explaining this easier, we've broken potential students into three groups:
1) Group 1 -Those who have no previous coaching education and want to make coaching their career.

2) Group 2 - Those who have previous ICF coaching education to get them to the ACC level.

3) Group 3 - Those who have previous ICF coaching education, but less than 60 hours.

Level 1 training includes
125 hours of education
Mentor Coaching
Assessment

Level Two training includes the same 60 hours of training that level one includes, plus 65 more hours of additional training.

For those interested in becoming professional coaches and operating their own practice, you can start at Level 1 and move to the second half of Level 2. Or you can jump right into Level 2 education.

This training is good for students who want to become life coaches, executive coaches, leadership coaches or any other professional coach.
