This two-year program prepares students with technical skills to service, maintain and diagnose Powersport vehicles, such as Motorcycles, All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV’s), Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV’s), and Personal Watercraft. Students receive hands-on training in two-stroke and four-stroke engines, drive-train systems, suspension, brakes, electrical diagnosis, and engine management systems.
Apart from the core curriculum, learners are trained through externships and an integrated project with professionals.
After completion of the Powersports Technology program, successful candidates will be prepared to seek one or more certifications like the Snap-On Multimeter and the Torque and Precision Measurement. Through this program and certification, students can look into becoming an ATV or a motorcycle mechanic.
