Join me on an incredible journey through a day in my life as a GP trainee based in London. I'm a doctor and mum to two magnificent girls. In this vlog I'm going to take you behind the scenes as I navigate the challenges of balancing my medical career, parenthood, and the rigorous training required to become a General Practitioner.

In the morning, you'll get an up-close look at my daily routine as I head to the clinic. You'll see the hustle and bustle of my morning clinic, where I see patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide healthcare advice. It's a glimpse into the rewarding yet demanding world of community medicine.

But it doesn't stop there! As a GP trainee, I'll also take you along on a home visit. It's a crucial part of our training and an opportunity to learn from the experienced GPs.

In the afternoon, we'll head back to the clinic for another round of patient consultations. The variety of cases I encounter during the day keeps me on my toes and continually learning.

And of course, I'll share the behind-the-scenes details of what it takes to complete our training portfolio. From academic assessments to practical skills and reflective practice, you'll see how GP trainees strive to be well-rounded medical professionals.

So, if you're curious about the life of a GP trainee, a working parent, or simply interested in the medical field, don't miss this vlog.
