In just his second workout of the winter training block Jake and crew does a brutal hill workout at altitude in Flagstaff, Arizona. Jake is coming off a chest infection and a sprained ankle and wants to show that even world champions have to start somewhere after each off season and you do not have to be perfect early on. In this video Jake gives a lot of good insight to his life and running career. Accompanying Jake in the workout is steeple chase Olympian Zak Seddon and New Balance athlete Thomas Keen.
The workout:
6x60 sec hills
6x45 sec hills
6x30 sec hills
