The high unemployment rate in South Africa is quite concerning. Approximately 30% of all graduates are unemployed. It is such a crisis for the youth of South Africans. Graduates are likely not to find a job. I once saw a tweet stating in South Africa you can go to university and then forget what you have studied. That’s quite sad if you think about it. Here you are in student loan debt and you can’t even pay it off. The youth deserves unlimited opportunities rightfully so. I have a friend who has two degrees and still can’t find a job and that’s reality for so many. This is the reason I got inspired to do this video.
I have said this many times, Germany is one of the best and powerful countries in the world for me. I am sure some people can agree to this. From social security, health care, education, jobs and so much more. I love the German economy, yes you pay high tax but as a foreigner in my own view I think it is kinda worth it. I am going to a series 6 to 8 videos maybe regarding the topics jobs and visa because I don’t think I can cover all relevant information in one video and there is amazing an lady who I am going to sit down with and talk more about it. She’s kind enough to help me and has great additional information.
RIGHT NOW in Germany there is a high rate for jobs. Guys, wherever you go there are posters saying we are looking for you. It is unbelievable to see this, even at online ads you see job posters. There are many ways to find jobs in Germany or Europe. Generally from cultural exchange programs, volunteering in Europe, studying, vocational training,...the list is endless. There are more than 400k OPEN vacancies in GERMANY.
1. HIGH DEMAND OF JOBS IN GERMANY:

2. JOBSEEKER VISA
This is a type of visa, a long stay visa, that can allow you to stay in Germany for 6 months and search for a job.
Bare in your mind not everyone can get this visa some people are granted this visa others unfortunately get rejected.
There are certain requirements that one has to meet and as you know the Germany embassy is quite strict but fair of course. If you come from Europe well its a plus you do not need that but for sure africans need this visa.
Germany is always looking for employees to work as I said earlier. The demand rate is quite high now in 2022.
After you found a job APPLY for residency permit. I am sure you can be granted easily.
3. VOCATIONAL TRAINING
This is a program where you get trained with the related career.
They teach you the practical skills, educational theory to the field you are in and that takes like 3 years. It is quite good and it is regulated by the law of Germany. Each week you are one day at school and the others you are at the company learning.
4. AU PAIR
I have known so many Au Pairs now, boys and girls, here in Germany and they all come from different countries at the age of 18 and 27. You don’t need to be married or have a kid to do this.
You can go through with an agency of course just for extra precautional safety and so forth.
It is a paid activity for young adults who already have done school and have not yet reached the age of 27. Wherever country you come from you can apply for this. It is widely open.
These are for young adults who want to do social engagements for the good in this country. Going this route is a great chance to know about this awesome country, learn the language & culture, gain professional experience, make new international friends.
Many Opportunities are available.
5. FREIWILLIGES SOZIALES JAHR (FSJ) meaning "THE VOLUNTARY SOCIAL YEAR"
What is voluntary year in Germany?
You will be doing social work like hospitals, cultural programs and NON GOVERNMENTAL ORGANASATIONS.
One must have an employer for voluntary visa, you must have already have a contract before applying this visa.
Guys please research and be precise if you want this...
It takes hard work for sure and patience to be successful
Please do no give up even you don’t directly get a response or being rejected
You are maybe just knocking on the wrong door
