Unskilled jobs are disappearing in this country and we need to prep our workforce for the skilled jobs of today and the future. With student debt soaring people are looking for alternative paths to lucrative professions. Vocational education can be that path. No longer "your father's" vocation education, today's centers provide modern training in the latest technologies and in-demand fields. Contrary to popular belief more than 60% of vocational students go on to college. So why does the stigma that vocational is only for those who can't "cut it" persist? We will examine the myths and then shatter them in our video series, Career Tech in Ohio:
