Devin Fagan is a Data Analyst at iRobot who works in the Personalized Experience Team. His responsibilities include performing ad hoc analysis for stakeholders, presenting his findings to staff and team members and using his SQL and analytical skills to increase customer lifetime value and retention. He has helped iRoboteers identify customer behavior and remedy product abandonment. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the City College of NY and he attended New York Data Science Academy. In his spare time, he enjoys fitness and extreme sports such as rock climbing, martial arts, and reading.
