A. Psychometric Assessment: This is an online test based on 5 pillars - Work style, Interest, Personality, Aptitude, and Emotional Intelligence.
B. Career Discover Report: Based on the responses on the test, 5 career recommendations most suited to the student are generated.
C. One-on-one Counselling: The student discusses the test report and its result with the Career Counsellor.
D. Action Plan & Execution: The Counsellor prepares the plan of action for the student and guides him/her to help achieve career goals
