Michelle and Craig take the stage at SXSW London for a special live episode of IMO—with one big twist: instead of interviewing a guest, they interview each other. Together, the siblings reflect on the career pivots that shaped their lives: from Michelle leaving corporate law to Craig walking away from Wall Street to coach basketball. They share lessons about embracing uncertainty, finding purpose over prestige, navigating family expectations, and why bravery is a skill you build over time. They also open up about the influence of their parents, what they've learned from raising the next generation, why financial freedom creates room for courage, and how they're approaching the "third act" of life with intention. Plus, stay through the end for a rapid-fire lightning round inspired by all things British—from fish and chips to Marmite.
