Rupsa has worked as a marriage and family therapist, neuropsychologist, substance abuse counselor, clinical psychologist, school counselor in locations like Jharkhand, Kolkata, Thane and Mumbai.
While pursuing Bachelors in Psychology from Loreto College, Kolkata, Rupsa Karmakar joined the Catalyst training programme to prepare and expand her profile for Masters in professional opportunities with mental healthcare. Rupsa was selected for the Masters Programme in Applied Clinical Psychology at Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
