Career Counseling is an essential responsibility of any educational institution. It helps students understand their own strengths and weaknesses with regard to their present course and subject combination and lets them know what career would suit them. It provides guidance that enables the students to decide about their future. It helps provide perspective and direction to students. In short; it’s a route leading to the correct destination without hurdles! Pakistan School understands the importance of Career Counselling and therefore arranges such sessions to help students understand the career options that they might have in the future, and how to pursue them. Keeping in view the importance of career counseling, Pakistan School arranged a career counseling session in coordination with the Pakistan Club Bahrain on August 20, 2022 at 10:00 am at Jinnah Hall. Experts from different fields attended the seminar and guided the students in detail. These experts included: Mr. Masood Riaz Abbasi Dr. Ejaz Waris Dr. Kanwal Saeed Khan Engineer Rehan Ahmad Mr. Ahmad Shah Ms. Naunain Ahmad Mr. Muhammad Naeed Mr. Muhammad Arsalan Ayub Mr. Muneeb Ahmad Shahzad Mr. Haroon Muhammad Shaban Dr. Muhammad Bilal Mr. Arshad Gadit Ms. Nashwa Faisal Mr. Sami-Ur-Rehman, the Chairman Board of Management welcomed all the guests and experts and thanked them for their time for the bright future of the students of Pakistan School. He highlighted the importance of career counselling at school level and reiterated that such sessions would be conducted again and again for the guidance and bright future of the students. The principal also received, welcomed and thanked the panel of experts for giving time for the students from their busy schedules. The above-mentioned experts covered and explained the following fields in the best possible ways and clarified Students’ queries: Medicine & Healthcare Pharmacy, Nursing, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Information Technology, Accounting, Auditing, Banking & Islamic Banking, Entrepreneurship & Start-ups, Women Skills & Employment Opportunities. A huge number of students of Grade 11 and 12 along with their parents attended this session and discussed with all the experts to get their queries cleared about different study streams in future. All the guests were presented appreciation certificates on behalf of Pakistan School and Pakistan Club. A photo session of the guests and parents with all the present students was conducted at the end of the function.
