Jazz Rasool is an Executive Coach based in London, UK. His recent overarching activity has been centred on getting Executive Coaches and Mentors fluent and prepared enough for integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their practice and development for 2024, and the next 5, 10 and 30 year horizons.
In 2024 he will be speaking at major national and international events on strategic deployment of AI coaching in organisations to facilitate decision making at board levels within businesses.
In 2023, after studying Executive Coaching at Henley Business School in the UK, Jazz began initiating research into how AI is to be ethically and pragmatically worked with in coaching sessions, coach certification training and continuing professional development, as well as coach supervision and governance.
In 2008 he created an online AI Coaching platform that encoded principles of intercultural mindsets for coaching, forseeing the need for coaching using AI that was not biased towards Western models of data and deployment. As a result of having 16 years of lived experience using his platforms, especially in AI Coaching of entrepreneurs, long before the advent of ChatGPT, he is aware of all the benefits, risks and opportunities it can bring.
Jazz's background is a Research Fellow in AI, Ethics, Metaverse Technology and Web 4.0 /Industry 4.0 Technology Enhanced Learning. He has published academic and industry papers extensively as well as contributed to many multi-million Euro funded Learning and Development Technology projects in Europe, the Middle East as well the USA. He is trained in Business Analysis, in Civil/Commercial and Workplace Mediaton, has extensive experience in AI based Mental Health as well as an ongoing practice as a Mindfulness Instructor. He has degrees from the University of London, a BSc degree in Astrophysics, specialising in Quantum Physics, from Queen Mary College, and a MSc. degree in Computer Modelling of Molecular and Biological Processes from Birkbeck College, specialising in Quantum Physics modelling of drugs acting on the brain.
Jazz has worked at Virgin, Unilever, Elsevier Publishing, British Telecom, the UN, and in technology upskilling coaching projects for improving workplace performance for the London Mayors Office, the EU Commission as well as in Astronaut Ground Training programs for NASA and the International Space Station.
